How do I place an order?

Pick a product → size → Add to cart → Checkout. Fill in your name, number, and address, then Place order.

What payment methods do you accept?

COD (cash on delivery) nationwide. GCash, Maya, and Card via PayMongo are coming soon too.

How much is shipping?

It depends on your region. Shipping is free on orders of ₱1,500 and up. You can also pick up at the BbeeCo Kiosk (no shipping fee).

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2–5 days depending on your location. We'll call or text you to confirm before shipping.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Yes — we offer a 7-day exchange for defects or wrong sizes. See Shipping & Returns for details.

Do you have grown-up / adult sizes?

We do! We have lots of matching parent–kid sets — so you can match outfits with your little one. 🐰
