🚚 Shipping

We deliver nationwide via partner couriers. The shipping fee is based on your region (Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao). Shipping is free on orders of ₱1,500 and up. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.

🏬 Pickup

You can choose Pickup at the BbeeCo Kiosk at checkout — no shipping fee. We'll call or text you when your order is ready.

💵 COD

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. We'll confirm your order via SMS before shipping.

↩️ Returns / Exchange (7 days)

If there's a defect or wrong size, you can exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused with tags/packaging complete. Just message us on Facebook/Instagram to get started. Refunds (if applicable) are issued as store credit or to the original payment method.
